SELECTED ARTIST - 2025 International Bienalie of Glass - Sofia

What a fantastic beginning to 2025! I am honored that the esteemed panel of judges for the International Glass Bienalie in Sofia has chosen my work for inclusion. The exhibition showcases artists from around the globe, all at the forefront of their art. It will be held from mid-September to November at the Bulgarian National Gallery.

This is an incredible opportunity, and I am eagerly anticipating the final arrangements for shipping and attending the gallery.

UPDATE

With the date rapidly approaching for shipping and logistics to be sorted it was absolutley fantastic to hear that 'Shattered' will now form part of the permanent National Gallery collection and will be on a one way journey to the National Gallery in Sofia.. The International collection features in numerous prestigeous exhibitions held throughout the country as the content grows ever wider and varied.

"A unique exhibition in Bulgaria showcases works donated by artists from 45 countries who participated in the four past editions of the International Biennale of Glass (IBG). Through a remarkable spectrum of styles and techniques, it demonstrates the high artistic achievements of the participating authors and their individual approaches and cultural influences. Visitors have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the magic of glass art and appreciate its role in contemporary culture.
